I think you get the picture. This is why all my wedding clients, receive a welcome guide that includes all the tips leading up to and your wedding day. I'm not a wedding planner/coordinator, but I'm happy to answer any questions you have and make suggestions on what makes the best images, day of schedules, creative ideas during the ceremony and reception, and be your cheerleader every step of the way.

What to Expect

First Inquiry: I will respond by email, text, or phone call within 24 hours of you contacting me, to answer any questions you have, and to set up a time to meet in person or video call. I like to meet both the bride and groom before booking to go over both our expectations, find the right package, and make sure we are the perfect match. 

The Perfect Match: Yay! You want me to be your photographer! The next step is to sign the contract and pay the retainer to save your wedding date. 

The Planning: Between time of booking and the wedding day, I will have you fill our your wedding day information, and schedule and shoot your engagement or bridal sessions. These are either an add-on or included in your package. We also create a wedding day timeline based around the best time frames for the images you want. I'm happy to work with the planner/day of coordinator if needed. 

Practice Round: I like to consider Engagement sessions (and Bridal sessions too!) a practice round for the wedding day. This is the best way to practice how to pose, become comfortable in front of the camera, and get most of the anxious jitters out. Engagement and Bridal sessions come with the full gallery!. 

The Wedding Day: I will always be there 20-40 minutes before our contracted time. This insures that I have plenty of time to set up my equipment, talk to the venue owner/coordinator, and walk around the venue to find the best places to take your pictures.  I'm also there to help keep track of time, and helping you be as relaxed as can be. This day is all about celebrating you and your fiance, and I'm going to do my best to make it go smoothly. 

After Party: I do my best to get you sneak peaks within a few days, and the full gallery will be ready in 6-8 weeks. Your gallery will be available to download and purchase from the gallery store for 1 month. All packages come with an album. After you have oooed and awed over your images, I ask you to select images for your album. I will then make a draft of the album and get your approval before ordering it. They take about 4 weeks to come in once ordered.
